Information and questions from players: 6:30pm - 6.40pm. 
Tourney #2 commences: 8:15pm - 9:45pm. 

FORMAT: Two strike knockout
1) Seeding: IFPA
2) First round pairing: Cross - field of players is divided in half with highest seed playing lowest seed in each half
3) General pairing: Balanced - players will be randomly paired
4) Player order: Balanced - player with fewest play order choices chooses player order
5) Arena draws: Balanced - computer tries to allocate arenas that have been played the fewest times
6) Number of strikes: Two
7) Value of byes: Full win
8) Allocation of byes if needed: Random
