11 of 21 - Brett Goodwin

Region: Lake Macquarie NSW
Australian Rank: 5th
Years Competing: 2
Best Result: 1st place - 2014 IFPA Australian Championship Series (29 players)
Average Finishing Position: 11th
2015 Batcave Masters Placing: 39th
Monkey on his Back: Steve Edwards, Newcastle NSW (5 wins against, 18 losses)
Notes: Only competing for two years, Brett has already accomplished more than most - represented the country in the IFPA World Pinball Championships in the USA, won an Australian major tournament with the 2014 IFPA Australian Championship Series, and ranked 5th in the country. There’s not much more you could ask for in such a short time, and you could only imagine it getting better from here. Brett would most certainly be looking to improve upon his last Batcave Masters placing however. Certainly an unexpected result considering he did go on to win the Batcave Masters Pin-Golf side tournament, and place 7th in the other side tournament. By all measures he will be a favourite to win the 2016 event. Along with partner Naiomi, the duo also travel frequently and quite considerable distances to attend events all over NSW and in Queensland. A welcome effort to be sure, as the pair are some of the nicest folk you could run into at any pinball gathering.
