Notes: At the top of Australian competitive pinball there are four names that have dominated the scene for years, and Robert Macauley is one of those names. We have talked about Rob a fair bit before, mainly due to the PAPA and IFPA World Championships that were held just recently in the USA, of which he participated. Rob is a quiet man who likes to get on with the job, with a list of achievements that do a lot of the talking for him. Not just an accomplished pinball player; winning the 2015 Lake Macquarie Open, 2014 Auckland and Christchurch Championships, and the Timezone Supanova National Grand Final. He is also one to watch out for on video games, with a jaw dropping 74 1st place world records on Twin Galaxies, and a further 310 registered placings on the same renowned site. He is obviously a person who loves to compete then, but Rob is also approachable and kind hearted. A welcome combination from someone so accomplished, and thankfully, a common combination amongst fellow competitors in the pinball community.
